Global BioImaging is happy to announce its first in-person course since the onset of the pandemic.

Global BioImaging has paired with Laboratorio Nacional de Microscopía Avanzada (LNMA), its partner in Mexico to organize a four-day course for imaging facility managers and staff. The course will take place at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) campus in Cuernavaca, Mexico on 21-24 February 2023.

The course is open to imaging facility managers and technical staff and will feature in-person and remote speakers as well as opportunities for the participants to network with each other and in-person speakers. This course will feature workshops on how to measure impact of imaging facilities and seminars on ISO standards, career development in core facilities, success story of MSc Program in imaging and microscopy, setting up and running imaging facilities, training resources in microscopy, FAIR principles and case studies of image data reuse using IDR image data repository as well as examples of research data management in an imaging core facility.

This course is limited to 25 places and will take place in-person only at Cuernavaca, Mexico.
