The Imaging Core Facility at Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology (OIST) is an imaging core facility that offers training on instruments, provides access to the instruments and on-site support, consultation on sample preparation and optimal choice of instrument and imaging conditions, scientific supervision of users, data analysis and interpretation, scientific collaborations including setting up of experiments, performing experiments, and analyzing experiments, and contributing in project setup including grant applications. The Imaging Core Facility at OIST is part of the Advanced BioImaging Support (ABiS) network, a national imaging and microscopy infrastructure in Japan.
