This module is dedicated to Fusion software that is used to operate Andor Dragonfly Spinning Disk microscope. As part of this module, you will be able to learn how to acquire images (2D, 3D/Z-stacks) in the Fusion software using optimal acquisition parameters.

This module invites you to learn the operation of Zeiss Axio Imager 2 fluorescent microscope equipped with Apotome system.
Zeiss Axio Imager 2 is a fluorescent microscope. It is equipped with the Apotome system that allows to create optical sections resulting in resolution that is aproaching the resolution of laser scanning confocal microscopy.
