The Chan Zuckerberg Initiative has launched an exciting new Request for Applications (RFA) to expand global access to bioimaging in three regions: Africa, Latin America and the Caribbeans and post-soviet countries. The call aims at supporting: i. Capacity Building activities to help biomedical researchers understand how imaging can advance their studies; ii. Fellowships for postdoctoral scientists and graduate students to expand the pool of imaging experts in the regions; iii. Community development to bring together imaging scientists, coordinate shared use of resources and facilitate collaborations.

The call closes on July 20th and notifications of decisions are expected during the fall.
